Q1: What is Club Bio c’ Bon?
A1: It’s service to earn points for each purchase. One point is earned for every one JPY spent which can be redeemed for rewards according to the number of points accumulated.

Q2: Why are you stopping point cards?
A2: In order to make the use of Bio c’ Bon even more convenient, we will switch from a point card to a digital service. In addition, plastic cards will be discontinued and collected to promote sustainable activities.

Q3: What are the benefits of registering my loyalty card number on the site?
A3: After June 2022, you will be able to earn and use points by making purchases either at our stores or the online store. In the future, we plan to distribute special offers in our e-mail newsletter. *Please note that data communication costs are to be borne by the customer.

Q4: When can I register my loyalty card number on the site?
A4: You can register on the site after June 1st, 2022.
If you have already registered as a member at the online store by May 31st, you will only need to add your loyalty card number to register, and your point information will be combined into one account

Q5: Can I register on the site on a device other than a smartphone?
A5: You can also register from a tablet or PC. You cant’t register from a feature phone (Galapagos).
※Some services may not be available depending on the device.

Q6: What should I present at the register after June 1st?

A6: Please present the My Page barcode displayed on your smartphone, tablet, etc. instead of your point card.

Q7: What should I do with my loyalty card after registering on the site?
A7: Please continue to present your point card until May 31st, 2022; and after June 1st, collection boxes will be available in stores. Please bring your card registered on the site when you visit the store. Collected cards will not be returned.

Q8: How can I use the points?
A8:Every 30,000 points can be used as a 1,000 JPY discount. In addition, 300 points can be exchanged for a paper bag and 150 points can be exchanged for cutlery at the store.
※The in-store point service will be temporarily suspended on June 1st (Wed.) due to a system switchover.

Q9: Will there be more benefits that can be redeemed for points?
A9: We will examine the possibility of exchanging points for various services and products in the future.

Q10: When will a loyalty card no longer be available?

A10: After June 1st, 2022, points cannot be redeemed with a loyalty card. However, points can be issued for purchases until November 30th, 2022.

Q11: Can I use the points I have accumulated so far after June?
A11: After June 2022, you can continue to use your loyalty card numbers at our stores and online store by registering them on the site.

Q12: What happens to my accumulated points if I do not register on the site?
A12: Points will be forfeited if not registered by May 31st, 2024.

Q13: What happens to the expiration date of the points I have accumulated so far?
A13: Due to the service change on June 1st, 2022, members with points at the end of May will automatically have their expiration date extended to May 31st, 2024.

Q14: If I have several loyalty cards, can I combine them into one?
A14: After registering on the site, you can register up to 10 cards on your account at MY PAGE.

Q15: Where can I check the number of points I have accumulated?
A15: After June 1st, 2022, you can check your point balance and history on My Page on the site.
*Service for viewing history from the QR code on the back of the loyalty card will end on May 31, 2022.

Q16: Is the point accumulation process any different than before?
A16: For in-store purchases, 1 point is issued for every 1 JPY (including tax) of the total payment. After June 1st, 2022, 1 point will be issued for every 1 JPY (excluding tax) of the product bill. Points will not be awarded for shipping charges, consumption tax, and other charges not related to products.

Q17: Can I get points on the spot for my purchase?

A17: Points will be credited the day after the date of use.

Q18: What should I do if a family member shares the same card?
A18: Please register each person as a separate member on the site and register the point card number in the representative person’s membership information. Please use this service with one ID per person.
